FirstShow is an AI-assisted streaming platform. Some content on the Service is created, performed, or modified using artificial intelligence - including AI avatars, AI (cloned or synthesised) voice, lipsync, and AI-assisted promo generation. This Policy explains what counts as AI/synthetic media on FirstShow, how we disclose and label it, the consent we require to use a real person’s likeness or voice, what is prohibited, and how to get non-consensual synthetic media taken down.
This Policy is part of the Terms of Service and works with the Content & Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy.
“Synthetic media” or “AI-generated / AI-modified content” means image, audio, video, or text content that is created or materially altered by AI in a way that a viewer could reasonably mistake for a real person, place, event, or recording. This includes: - AI avatars / digital humans - synthetic on-screen presenters or characters. - AI voice - cloned or synthesised speech, including dubbing a real performer’s voice or generating a voice from a sample. - Lipsync - re-timing or generating mouth movement to match audio. - Face/likeness generation or swapping - creating or altering a person’s appearance. - AI-assisted promo generation - trailers/clips assembled or enhanced by AI.
Not in scope for labelling: clearly stylised or animated content, ordinary editing (colour, cropping, captions), or AI used only as a production aid that does not make unreal content look real (consistent with common industry carve-outs for production assistance and clearly unrealistic content).
Where FirstShow Originals use realistic AI-generated performers, voices, or scenes, we label them as AI-generated/AI-assisted in the title, credits, or an on-screen/adjacent indicator.
Creators must disclose when a title or clip contains realistic AI-generated or AI-modified content, using the in-app disclosure toggle/field at upload. FirstShow will surface a corresponding “AI-generated / altered content” label to viewers. Failing to disclose is a violation of the Content & Community Guidelines.
Our labelling is designed to align with: - Established video-platform practices for altered/synthetic-content disclosure and viewer-facing labels. - AI-generated-content labelling for realistic people or scenes, with support for provenance signals (e.g., C2PA Content Credentials) where feasible. - EU AI Act Article 50 - transparency for AI systems that generate synthetic audio/image/video/text, including machine-readable marking of outputs and disclosure of deepfakes by deployers (applicable from 2 August 2026). - India - MeitY advisories (Dec 2023, Mar 2024) on labelling synthetic media with a permanent unique metadata/identifier, and the IT Amendment Rules, 2025 approach to “synthetically generated information,” which contemplates prominent, non-removable labels (e.g., a visible label covering a minimum portion of the screen for visual content and an initial portion of the duration for audio). We will implement provenance metadata and visible labels to meet the final applicable Indian requirements.
3.1 Consent required. You may create, upload, or request AI content that depicts a real identifiable person’s face, body, or voice only if you have that person’s clear, informed, and (where possible) written consent for the specific use, including the right to sublicense it to FirstShow for display on the Service.
3.2 Performers and creators. Creators must obtain and retain likeness/voice consents (releases) from any performer whose image or voice is cloned, dubbed, or synthesised, and must be able to produce them on request. See the Creator Terms.
3.3 Your own likeness/voice. If you provide your own face or voice to an AI feature (e.g., an avatar or a promo), you consent to FirstShow and its AI subprocessors processing it only to render that feature, per the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for future processing.
3.4 Minors. No AI likeness or voice generation of minors, except with verifiable parental/guardian consent and only for lawful, non-exploitative purposes.
You must not create, upload, or share synthetic media that: 1. Sexualises anyone without consent, or is sexual synthetic content of a real person made without consent (non-consensual intimate imagery / deepfake pornography). Zero tolerance. 2. Depicts minors in sexual, exploitative, or endangering contexts. Zero tolerance; reported to authorities. 3. Deceives for harm - fraud, scams, financial deception, or impersonating a real person or organisation to mislead. 4. Election / civic manipulation - fabricates statements or actions by real public figures to manipulate elections or public order. 5. Defames or harasses - false, damaging depictions of a real person, or targeted harassment. 6. Falsifies newsworthy events - fabricated “footage” of real events likely to mislead the public. 7. Impersonates FirstShow or its creators, or misuses FirstShow branding. 8. Evades labelling - strips, hides, or defeats AI provenance/labels.
If you are depicted in - or otherwise affected by - synthetic media on FirstShow that you did not consent to, or that is otherwise unlawful: - Use the in-app Report action (reason: “deepfake / non-consensual synthetic media”), or email contact@unscript.ai. - For non-consensual intimate imagery or morphed/impersonating sexual content, we act on an expedited basis: removal within 24 hours of a valid complaint, consistent with India’s IT Rules, 2021. - Other unlawful synthetic media is handled under our standard grievance timelines (acknowledge within 24 hours; resolve within 15 days), and within 36 hours of a valid court/government order. See the Content & Community Guidelines §8. - We may preserve information for legal/authority requests and report serious matters (e.g., child sexual abuse material) to the relevant authorities.
Content you submit to AI features is shared with the relevant subprocessor solely to produce the requested output, under contracts requiring appropriate protection. We do not use your likeness/voice to train third-party models without your consent. See the Privacy Policy subprocessor table.
Violations of this Policy may result in labelling, removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, withholding of creator payouts, and referral to authorities where required. Illegal synthetic media is removed regardless of intent.
