FirstShow - Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do with the FirstShow apps, website, and web checkout (the “Service”). It is part of the Terms of Service and works with the Content & Community Guidelines and the AI & Synthetic Media Policy. Content-specific rules (prohibited content, reporting, takedown) live in the Community Guidelines; this AUP covers conduct and technical use of the Service.
1. General
Use the Service lawfully, for personal, non-commercial viewing (unless you are an approved creator or have a written agreement with us), and in a way that respects other users, creators, and FirstShow.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
2.1 Content protection and IP
- Copy, record, screen-capture, download (except where the app expressly allows), redistribute, publicly perform, sell, or sublicense any content.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with digital rights management, signed playback, screen-recording/screenshot protection, tokenisation, or geo-restrictions.
- Scrape, crawl, mirror, or harvest content, catalogue data, or other users’ data.
2.2 Security and integrity
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach security/authentication measures without authorisation.
- Access accounts, data, or areas you are not authorised to access (including other users’ accounts or admin/billing endpoints).
- Upload or transmit malware, or interfere with the Service’s servers, networks, or infrastructure (including denial-of-service or excessive automated requests).
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except to the limited extent permitted by mandatory law.
2.3 Accounts, access, and payments
- Share, sell, or transfer your account or access credentials; use another person’s account without permission.
- Create accounts by automated means or use bots to inflate views, follows, or link taps.
- Commit payment fraud, use unauthorised payment methods, initiate abusive chargebacks, or exploit promotions, unlocks, or creator passes in bad faith.
2.4 Abuse of others
- Harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or invade the privacy of others (see the Content & Community Guidelines).
- Misuse the reporting or grievance tools (e.g., false or bad-faith reports).
2.5 Misuse of AI features
- Use AI avatars, voice, lipsync, or promo generation to create prohibited synthetic media, or to depict a real person without consent (see the AI & Synthetic Media Policy).
- Use the Service to advertise, spam, or run competing services without our written permission.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks, or AI-provenance labels.
3. Fair use of infrastructure
You may use the Service within reasonable limits. We may apply rate limits, quality/bandwidth controls, and anti-abuse measures, and may throttle, suspend, or block usage that is abusive, automated, or threatens the stability or security of the Service or other users’ experience.
4. Monitoring and enforcement
We may monitor use for security, legal compliance, and policy enforcement (consistent with the Privacy Policy). Violations may lead to warnings, feature restrictions, content removal, account suspension or termination, withholding of creator payouts, reversal of fraudulent transactions, and referral to law enforcement or civil action where warranted.
5. Reporting violations
Report abuse or security issues to contact@unscript.ai.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP; the current version governs your use. Material changes will be notified as set out in the Terms of Service.
