You can sign in with your phone number, email, Apple, or Google. If a one-time code doesn’t arrive, wait a minute and try again, or use a different sign-in method with the same account email. If you signed up with email and forgot your password, contact us and we will help you reset it.
Check your connection first; most playback problems are network related. If a title keeps failing, close and reopen the app. Still stuck? Email us with the title name and your device model.
Most titles on FirstShow are free. A few are premium and are unlocked with coins. Coins are bought inside the app through Apple in-app purchase, and an unlocked title stays unlocked on your account. Your balance and purchase history are in Profile, Wallet.
Open any title, tap the more (…) button, and choose a reason. Our team reviews every report.
Open the Profile tab, tap Delete account at the bottom, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and data, and the account can no longer sign in. If you can’t access the app, email us from your account email and we will delete it for you.
